| Job Description: This is a regular exempt position, eligible for benefits. Minimum qualifications: Juris Doctor degree, admission to MN State Bar, and driver’s license. The individual selected for this position will handle a mixed caseload, including social service cases, criminal matters and general county legal advice. The caseload will involve court hearings and trials, as well as office practice. Starting wage is $24.9582 per hour according to the 2012 non-union pay plan. A criminal background check will be completed prior to a bonafide offer of employment. The County requires a law school transcript, MN Attorney identification number and an example of professional writing skills to be submitted with application.
