| The Sentencing Guidelines Commission has released its data reports for sentencing practices in 2011. The Commission's main report, 2011 Sentencing Practices: Annual Summary Statistics for Felony Offenders, contains information on all felony offenders sentenced in Minnesota. Other reports focus on select felony crimes of interest such as assaults, DWI, and controlled substance offenses. |
